Harrison Bundey at Chapeltown provide representation
at all levels from first arrest to trial in the Crown
Court. There is a 24 hour service. Our team comprises12
lawyers, 4 of whom are partners. Police station advice
is only provided by trained accredited police station
representatives or by solicitors with years of experience
in criminal defence work.
The Crown Court department is headed by Mark Foley,
a Solicitor Advocate, who has the right to represent
clients in the Crown Court. Ruth Bundey has lived
and worked in the Chapeltown community for years.
She has worked on many notable cases, for example
the Christopher Alder inquest in which she represented
the interests of Christopher's family, and the successful
appeal of Donna Tinker against her conviction for
murder.
